“I love my EarthQuaker babies. In producer mode, I fair amount of processing of “clean” recorded tracks with pedals after the fact, almost as much as I use pedals traditionally (as instruments are being recorded). It’s especially satisfying to manipulate drums and vocals with a few of my favorites: Disaster Transport SR, Rainbow Machine, and Gray Channel. I also dig Acapulco Gold on bass, and Transmisser on string machines and synths. Delicious.”
