All of our devices are covered under a limited lifetime warranty. EarthQuaker Devices will repair or replace any device we manufacture as long as we are in business and the necessary materials are available. Warranty coverage includes wear-and-tear parts for two years from the date of purchase; after this period, a wear-and-tear component repair fee of $10 per item will apply.
The warranty does not cover normal wear to the enclosure, graphics, knobs, or hardware, nor does it cover devices that have been deliberately damaged or modified by anyone other than EarthQuaker Devices. Any repairs involving circuit board replacement due to user damage or modification will require an additional charge, and replacement is subject to availability.
All repair work completed is covered by a 1-year repair warranty from the date of service. If a pedal is sent in for evaluation and no issues are found, a $10 bench fee will apply. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs to and from EarthQuaker Devices.

Before you open a repair case, please make sure the issue persists with it being the only pedal in the signal chain, different cables, guitars, amps, power supplies or locations, if possible. 75% of all pedals sent in for repair are fully functional and the issue is usually a bad power supply, faulty cables, or something we cannot recreate in our shop. Please double check! Also, check out our Knowledge Base. Please note that we charge a $10 minimum bench fee if it is confirmed that your device is functioning as expected.
If none of this helps, please open a case for repair using the link below. Once your repair request has been approved, you will receive an RMA number that must be clearly printed on the outside of your shipping container. Please allow up to two weeks for your repair.

We will repair or replace any defective device for the life of EQD, but we do not accept returns for any reason. That said, most of our Dealers have excellent return policies. Some will even accept devices that were purchased from a third party. If you are unsure about an item, please buy from an authorized Dealer.
